Our own product: landlords list lodges and manage tenancies; students discover rooms and apply. Designed so money and records are always correct.

  • Organisations with owner, manager and caretaker roles, a public lodge directory, join codes and hashed, revocable invitation tokens
  • Rent billed by period from move-in date, gap-free receipt numbers per landlord and a reminder schedule that never double-sends
  • Paystack split payments to landlord subaccounts, so the platform never holds landlord funds, and payments settle only after server-side verification
